The desire of Liza’s Closet team is to provide you with a remarkable online shopping experience. If your purchase doesn’t fulfill your requirements you may request for an exchange within 7 working days of product delivery. We do not offer any cash refunds for the delivered garments.
Items that are being returned should be sent to us via Registered Post or Courier service and the customer will have to bear the re delivery cost. The address will be given to you once you have confirmed the returning of the product.
Returned items should not be damaged or worn out and required to be neatly packed with all the tags attached along with the invoice. We do not accept the return of discounted items. If the relevant requirements are not met by the customer those items will not be accepted. Liza’s Closet has the right to refuse an exchange if the items are damaged.
Kindly be aware that the return and exchange process will usually take 3-10 working days to be completed.
