If you receive any damaged items please be kind enough to inform us on the date of item received itself and request for an exchange within 2 days of product delivered to you. You are always welcome to inform us your complaints in the event of an inconvenience through Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp. Our team is always ready to avoid such difficulties that can be occurred to our dearest customers.
